Where is the calendar of events and birthdays?

To open the calendar of birthdays and events you are going to attend, just follow or go to the "Events & Birthday" sidebar section at the right side of the page and click the calendar icon at the top-right.

Please note it's available only for users with more than 5 friends.
By the way notifications about your friends' birthdays will be shown at the top – the message icon.

Note: Maximum of 8 birthday users will displayed. Depending on users privacy settings, some events might not displayed

Where are video calls?

Since year 2016, we've added video calls until March 20, 2017.

  • This service wasn't popular so we stopped developing it on our platform. 
  • Unfortunately, you can no longer use it.
  • We removed it to avoid exploitations.
  • You can use third-party apps to do video calls.
    Here are some of our partner apps you can use:
    TelegramViber and/or KakaoTalk
Note: You can also linked your Skype account into your
account. Which allow users to navigate to your Skype account
by clicking the link under personal information.

My personal information is used by other

To solve this problem, we need the following information: 
If your name, surname, photo or other personal information is used by other user,
please email us with the following details below: [email protected]

  • Link to the fake account with your personal information.
  • Description of the problem (what exactly was copied, e.g., profile photo, information, name).
  • Photo of your document (passport, driving license, smart card, student card, transcript).
  • Photo of your face in front of your request (i.e. near the screen displaying your question).
We need it to be sure that you are the real owner of the profile and it's content before we can terminate the reported account. If you've spotted your photo that are being used by others, don't hesitate to report it to us, we will review it then removes it as if possible. Please do not upload blurred photo to avoid delays, we accept valid Student ID card. Send an email and provide details mentioned above if you wish to report someone who steal your identity and we will prioritize your concern.

How to block and report user?

There are few ways:

  • If an unknown user offends you without any reason, go to user profile that you want to block / report, then click Ignore below of the user's profile picture. The user will be automatically added to your blacklist to stop them contacting you.
  • If someone is spamming, click on the X icon in the upper-right of the post to hide the suspicious post.
  • Follow the same instructions to report pages with adult content or spam pages.
  • If other person is using your personal information, please write to our Support Agents.

Do not forget to add a link to a fake profile with your data and your photo in front of the request to our Support. It will help us solve your problem in a shorter time. Please remember, our agents review only request sent by an affected person.

How to verify email after I signed up?

If you done filling up sign up form, you can confirm your email by these steps:

  • Open your email account (eg. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Yandex Mail etc.)
  • Go to your email inbox, then check if there's email.
  • Open the email then click the link that we've sent to you.
  • A new tab will opened, then fill up another questions
    like your Full Name, Birthday, Gender and your Location.
  • Then check the button that if you aggree to our Terms and Policies.
  • Now, you will be redirect to your account. You may now
    use your account and start to find your friends and meet them.
Note: If you cannot confirmed your email, your pending sign up information are still stored in our system until 7 days, then your unactivated account will be removed within 30 days, you can re-signup again after system refreshes in 7 days.

How to change the password?

If you want to change your password, follow these steps:

  • Go to your profile account.
  • Click Edit Account.
  • Click Change on the password section.
  • Enter the new password and also the old password for security reason.
  • Then click Change Password. 
Note: If you forgot your old password, you may create a new one here.

How do I change my email address?

There are few ways to solve this problem:

  • You can change your email in settings:
    - Click "Account" dropdown.
    - Click "My Profile" menu section.
    - Click "Edit Account" below of your profile picture.
    - Click "[Edit]" right away of your email address.
      You may now enter your new email address, then
      enter also your password for security reasons.
    - Click "Change Email" 
  • Change your email instantly.
  • Please note: This email will be used for account recovery.

If you want to change an email you have no access to,  just confirm this action via mobile number on your email provider. Confirmation from the old email is not required. For security concern, you can only change email twice in a year.

How to delete my profile without accessing it?

There are few ways to request account deletion. If you want to lock your page without having access to, we can help you. This profile must have your real name and your photos. Please write us and don't forget to add a link to your page and attach two images of these required documents:

  • Photo of your document 
    (e.g., passport, driving license, student card, birth certificate).
  • Photo of your face in front of a request
    (i.e. near the screen displaying your question).

We need it to be sure that you are a real owner of this profile. Irrelevant images will increase the request review time – one way or another, the document photo or your photo in front of the screen is required. Please be attentive and save your time. If you are ready for account deletion request, send us an email: [email protected] of the detailed request and the requirements mentioned above.

My account has been locked

There are few ways to solve this problem:

  • Remove suspicious content on your account. Maybe some users have been reported your account to us, if they have mistaken, let us know the issue so that we can review your account if there are still issue or not.
  • You cannot restore access to the blocked account due to a violation of Fancyber Terms and Policies until the certain time.
  • We've detect suspicious log-in's to your account so we've locked it in
    immediate time to protect your account from hackers or hi-jackers. 
If you know that we've mistakenly restricted or locked your account,
you can submit us an appeal via email: [email protected]

There are few ways to solve this problem:

  •  If your page is linked to a email address,
    you can easily change your password.
  • If you don't have access to the linked number or it's
    unavailable right now, please contact our restore agent.
  • If you access your page automatically, the
    browser you use keeps your password:
    – Mozilla:    Settings → Privacy;
    – Safari:     Menu, choose Preferences, then click Passwords.
                     Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password.
    – Chrome:   chrome://settings/passwords
                      in the browser address bar and press Enter;
    – Opera:     opera://settings/passwords
                     in the browser address bar and press Enter.
