My account has been locked

There are few ways to solve this problem:

  • Remove suspicious content on your account. Maybe some users have been reported your account to us, if they have mistaken, let us know the issue so that we can review your account if there are still issue or not.
  • If your account is locked, you are still able to log in to see the reason,
    we will not send you an email or SMS alert if your account was locked.
  • You cannot restore access to the blocked account due to a violation of Fancyber Terms and Policies until the certain time.
  • We've detect suspicious log-in's to your account so we've locked it in
    immediate time to protect your account from hackers or hi-jackers. 

Note: Access retrieval is always free. If you are offered to pay or send an SMS to any phone number, it may be fraud.
In this case we advise you to scan your computer for viruses.
