- Remove suspicious content on your account. Maybe some users have been reported your account to us, if they have mistaken, let us know the issue so that we can review your account if there are still issue or not.
- You cannot restore access to the blocked account due to a violation of Fancyber Terms and Policies until the certain time.
- We've detect suspicious log-in's to your account so we've locked it in
immediate time to protect your account from hackers or hi-jackers.

- If your page is linked to a email address,
you can easily change your password. - If you don't have access to the linked number or it's
unavailable right now, please contact our restore agent. - If you access your page automatically, the
browser you use keeps your password:
– Mozilla: Settings → Privacy;
– Safari: Menu, choose Preferences, then click Passwords.
Sign in with Touch ID, or enter your user account password.
– Chrome: chrome://settings/passwords
in the browser address bar and press Enter;
– Opera: opera://settings/passwords
in the browser address bar and press Enter.

Fancyber team has worked on the new design for months and, since this February, first users started helping us with it. During this time we've done a great work – we've managed to fix hundreds of bugs, reviewed some features, got users' feedback and finally are ready for the final step – fully switching to the redesign. The old version remains in history and in our hearts and it's time to go further. We know it won't be easy to get used to, but it's the same Fancyber you love, renewed and ready to conquer new peaks.

- You need to reset your password with your
linked email address to your account.
- Login with your username and password if you forgot your
email address, we only requires username and password to
logging into account instead of your email address.
What will happen to my account if I pass away?

memorialized or permanently deleted from Fancyber.
Memorialized Accounts
A place for friends, family and/or public space to gather and share
memories after a person has passed away, following key features are:
- Depending on the privacy settings of the account, friends
can share memories on the memorialized guestbook.
- Content the person shared (ex: photos, posts) stays on Fancyber
and is visible to the audience it was shared with. (ei: friends or public)
- Memorialized profiles don't appear in public spaces.
- No one can log into a memorialized account.
Deleting Your Account
You can choose to have your account permanently deleted should you pass away:
- From the top right of Fancyber, click the gear icon and select Settings.
- From the left side, click Data and Privacy, click delete account.
- After you prompt a notice for account deletion,
please enter the password of the account pass away owner.
- Click Yes, Delete my account.
- Username of account
- Death Certificate or
- Medical certificate of the cause of death
I can't find my signup confirmation email
from Help on 02/26/2017 01:54 PMThere are few ways to solve this problem:
- Check your junk mail folder. If you're using Gmail, check your Updates emails.
- Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it, but you cannot able to use the username you've entered in the first sign up, it will considered as taken. You may need to wait and it takes up to 7 days before the system refresh to be able to use that username.
- You can try creating your Fancyber account with a login with Facebook instead of an email. This feature is only available in selected countries/regions.
How do I create a Fancyber account?
from Help on 02/26/2017 01:32 PMIf you don't have a Fancyber account, you can create one in a few steps:
- Go to Fancyber Homepage.
- If you see the signup form, fill out your username, email address and password.
- Click Sign Up button.
- Fill up the form and answer the recaptcha.
- To finish creating your account, you'll need to confirm your email.
- After you've click the confirmation link, fill out your full name, birthday and your location. Don't worry, only your name will be shown into the public.
