Merry christmas, here's the photo of my two sissy unwrapping gifts...

I can relate to this on a deeply spiritual level. This has been an integral part of my routine for years, sometimes for days at a time. And although the darkness of that time still gives me jitters, I am so grateful that I allowed myself to bury my face in a pillow, and let out all those dreadful emotions running in my body. It made for an excellent coping mechanism, but most importantly, it eventually gave me the courage to wake up and face my depressive state with a ferociousness I couldnt have mustered otherwise.
