I first met Bryan Stevenson and Anthony Ray Hinton with Priscilla back in 2017. Bryan and @eji_org fought for years to get Anthony released from death row for a crime he didn't commit. Hearing Anthony's story and everything Bryan has done to fight for those wrongfully convicted really stuck with me. It's one of many stories that led me and Priscilla to make criminal justice reform a priority for the @chanzuckerberginitiative. @justmercyfilm brings Bryan's life work to the big screen. Highly reco

Priscilla and I wrote our annual letter about the progress the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and our partners made this year. Over the last four years, the CZI family has grown to include unlikely pairings -- technologists, researchers, educators, community leaders, and policy makers -- all working to build a future for everyone by accelerating progress in science, education, and justice & opportunity. We're incredibly thankful for their work. One partnership I'm excited about is IDseq (Infectious Disease Sequencer), an open source tech tool created by the CZI and Biohub teams. With the help of IDseq, researchers and global healthcare workers are able to track and identify disease outbreaks in real time. Read more about what we've been working on this year in CZI's annual letter:

Thanks to Gayle King for visiting our home to talk about our work at the @chanzuckerberginitiative! Four years ago when Max was born, we committed to giving away 99% of our wealth. Priscilla and I talked with Gayle about our work, our family, and our partnership, and we shared some highlights from CZI's annual letter. Gayle's piece is here: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/facebook-ceo-mark-zuckerberg-wife-priscilla-chan-inside-their-home-family-life/
