When you first believe in Jesus you find yourself in a boat on open waters. You are Surrounded by others who believe in him too. But the truth is you're still clinging to something - that something is the physical world and the physical things that you still think you need to keep you afloat. You believe but you're not following. Therefore your faith still rests on the physical, it still sits in the boat. Suddenly a voice calls out to you over the waters. "Leave the boat, Nathaniel, take heart, do not be afraid, it is I" Of course you're scared and of course I was scared, But I looked back at that boat and realized that if I remained in the boat then my Salvation in him was only ever gonna be about 'my salvation'. Those who step off the boat, those who follow, those who fully surrender everything & say my story is all about your Story Jesus, regardless of the cost. Salvation becomes about him and about others. Many Christians may never truly step off the boat, but28153813_591744781179210_6728147512785371136_n.jpg
