Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best.

says:
I love those who can smile in trouble, who can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but they whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves their conduct, will pursue their principles unto death.

When I was child, my dad starting to introduce his business, the cruise lines tours business, every Saturday, my dad always joining me to sail on old RMS Queen Elizabeth I ship sailing from Southampton to New York City, then I realized how difficult to manage this business and I'm the only child of the family. Since the White Star Line was dissolve, my dad acquired the company as Cunard-White Star Lane. When I took in a middle school, my dad starting to teach me the basic management of the company but I don't know why dad tries to teach me on that business that I didn't interested in. But my mom gave me a guide that they want to inherit the company to me instead on Irving Family, my dad hoping that I do manage the business, when I graduated on Manchester University as a Business Management, I'm still trying to do the difficult part of the Cunard managing system that I cannot understand. My dad says that — "Don't compare yourself to the other people, if you do so you're insulting yourself" and "Don't listen to the people who tries to betray you, someday does people will do shy when facing you" then "You're so lucky that you have a great business from your great great grand father rather than those people who starting their goals today, because its too difficult to start a business" — #Throwback #1989
