I'm worried on my crew employee in RMS Queen Victoria because he accused to pushed the children from the 8th floor of my cruise ship by the child's parents, but I talked to the accused crew that he said to me that he don't do wrong, and he didn't push the child to fall from the ship into the water, but the child was survive. I can't fired/remove my employee without valid reason. But the problem is no one see the accident or there's no any witnesses on it.
